• If you return the full order, you will be refunded the full purchase amount including shipping costs (returning the items is at your own expense)
• If you return part of the order, the purchase amount for the relevant item(s) will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

When can I expect a refund for a return?
As soon as we have received your parcel, we will check whether the items are still in proper condition.

• As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a (credit) invoice from us.
• If you have clearly written your IBAN number on the return form, we will refund the amount within 3 working days.
• If you have not completed the return form legibly, we will have to ask you for the correct information.

Exchange.
Returning the item you wish to exchange is at your own expense.
The shipping costs for sending the new item to you will be paid by TT-Gymnastics.
You may exchange an item within 14 days.

• Exchange is only possible if the item is clean and unworn.
• Try on the item with a pair of underpants and leave the tags on.
• Fold the article neatly and put it back in the original packaging.
• Print out the return form and fill it out in a clearly legible way, including the item you want to receive and your bank account number in case there is a difference in the purchase amount.
• The return form can be found under the invoice you received by email. Read more about this on: Ordering.
• Please send us the completed return form together with the item.
• You can use the original shipping packaging (this contains a second adhesive strip). The pre-printed address sticker can be pasted over your own address sticker.
• If you no longer have the address sticker, clearly write the following address on the shipping package:

When can I expect the exchanged item?
Once we receive your package, we will check if the items are still ok and can be exchanged.

• Once your exchange has been processed, we will send you a new (credit) invoice.
• If you have to pay extra for the new item, the order will not be shipped until payment is received.
• You will receive the new track&trace again by email (also check your SPAM folder).
