Before contacting us about the status of your package, please read the information below.

TIP: If available in your country, download the DHL app to track your package step-by-step.

• From DHL you will receive the track&trace by email, also check your spam folder.
• Once your order has been picked up by DHL, we have no more influence on the speed of delivery by DHL.
• If you have received the invoice from TT-Gymnastics, this means that the package has been picked up by DHL.
• The track & trace only becomes active once DHL has scanned the package at the sorting center.
• Tip: keep checking the track & trace daily for the current status of your shipment.
  
  Have you not received your package 5 days after shipment? If so, please contact us by e-mail.
  Always include the following:

• The name and e-email address on which the order was placed.
• The track&trace code (found in the email from DHL).
• Optional: a copy of the invoice.

Please note that without this information we cannot initiate an investigation with DHL.
